In our capacity as a Data Fiduciary and compliance service provider, we collect and process information solely for lawful statutory representation, licensing applications, employee PF/ESI audits, and advisory consultations. Data collected through consultation forms includes corporate names, email addresses, phone numbers, and industry details provided voluntarily by enterprise clients.

3. Data Security & Confidentiality Standards

We deploy strict administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. All communications and client documents provided for statutory audits remain protected by advocate-client confidentiality privilege under Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.

4. Rights of Data Principals

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you retain the right to access summaries of personal data processed, seek correction or erasure of inaccurate records, and withdraw consultation consent by writing to our designated Data Protection Officer at info@conformityalliance.in.
