Vacancies in the office of [appointed] or elected members of the Corporation, the Standing Committee and the Medical Benefit Council, shall be filled by [appointment] or election, as the case may be.

A member of the Corporation, the Standing Committee or the Medical Benefit Council [appointed] or elected to fill a casual vacancy shall hold office only so long as the member in whose place he is [appointed] or elected would have been entitled to hold office if the vacancy had not occurred.
